Application Disconnecting Frequently 

Application not getting maximized/Restored

  

Symptoms: After minimizing an application accessed through Propalms, application is not getting maximized or restored. Launchpad and Console are also not showing the active connections under launchpad connections and console monitor connections respectively.

Solution: Follow the below instructions to resolve this issue.

If the TSE server is v6.5 with SP2 installed, On the TSE server running the below mentioned application please navigate to the following registry setting:

x32 - 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\New Moon Systems\Canaveral 

x64
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\New Moon Systems\Canaveral

On the right hand side you should see a key named UseProactiveDriver set value to ‘1’ and restart Propalms TSE Monitor service.

Note: If above instructions won’t work then uninstall Thinspace Connection Manager and install latest version of Thinspace Connection Manager from www.thinspace.com.
